Welcome to your Tucson getaway! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests and offers a warm, inviting stay for families, friends, or business travelers. Enjoy a large private backyard perfect for relaxing or gathering outdoors in the above ground pool . Conveniently located near Reid Park, the University of Arizona, and Davis-Monthan AFB. You'll be close to shopping, dining, and local attractions while still enjoying a quiet residential feel.

The space
This home offers a comfortable and functional layout designed to make your stay easy and relaxing. Inside, you'll find three well-appointed bedrooms with cozy sleeping arrangements for up to 7 guests. The primary bedroom includes its own private bathroom, giving added comfort and privacy. The additional two bedrooms are perfect for family, friends, or extra guests, with convenient access to the second full bathroom.

The living room provides a welcoming space to unwind, whether you're watching TV, planning your day, or spending time together after exploring Tucson. The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, with everything you need for basic cooking and dining.

Step outside to enjoy a large backyard-ideal for morning coffee, evening relaxation, or letting the kids stretch out and play. There is an above ground pool out back that is 18 feet in diameter and 4 feet deep. Ladder is removable and must be locked up outside the pool when not in use. The home is set in a quiet residential area, offering both comfort and convenience close to Reid Park, shopping, restaurants, and Davis-Monthan AFB.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home during their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and the backyard. The space is completely private for your enjoyment.

Please note that a small closet in the family room and the backyard storage area is locked and reserved for owner/cleaning supplies.
Everything else is yours to relax and enjoy!

Please note this is a residential neighborhood, so guests are kindly asked to be respectful of the surrounding neighbors and quiet hours.

A landscaper may stop by during your stay to clean the pool/yard. They will only work outside and will not enter inside the property.
