• It is located in a friendly subdivision, just a short distance from the entrance and guardhouse. Responsive security guards are available in case of emergencies.
• The property features a parking space that accommodates one car only. Please note that the house does not have a gate.
• A wash sink is located outside the house, near the back door.

Guests who book for 2-4 people will have access to 2 rooms only. Guests booking for 5-9 people will have access to all rooms. Bathrooms are shared in the hallway—one on the ground floor and one on the second floor.

Kind Reminder:
During heavy rains, some homes in our subdivision may experience minor water droplets indoors. While we do our best to maintain the property, this can occasionally happen due to the weather. We kindly ask for your understanding and request that you inform us right away should this occur during your stay.
⚠️ REMINDER:
Sometimes, our area experiences unexpected power interruptions, especially during heavy rain. Please note that we do not have a power backup or generator.
We have two rechargeable fans stored in the storage room, STRICTLY FOR BROWNOUT USE ONLY.
Each fan comes with two emergency light bulbs for illumination during power outages.
In case the fan batteries are drained, there are two solar panels installed on the kitchen roof that serve as backup power sources for extended use.
⚠️ Please handle the fans and solar equipment with extra care when retrieving or using them.
House Rules
1. No Heavy Cooking
• Guests are not allowed to do heavy cooking inside the property. However, basic kitchen amenities are provided for your convenience, including:
• Plates, spoons, forks, and glasses
• A rice cooker, fridge, induction cooker, gas burner incase of brownout (butane not included qand water heater for coffee
2. Dishwashing
• The dishwashing area has been moved outside for easier cleaning. Please ensure all utensils and cookware used are properly washed and returned to their designated places.
3. Interaction with Stray Animals
• While washing dishes outside, stray cats or dogs may occasionally approach you.
Please do not harm them-they are harmless animals and should be treated kindly to avoid any unwanted incidents.
4. Proper Trash Disposal
• All trash must be properly bagged in garbage bags. Please ensure proper disposal, as the local trash collection will not pick up garage that isn't bagged correctly.
Living Room House Rules
1. Handle the Couch with Care
• Please treat our leather couch gently and avoid placing sharp objects on it. Any damages during your stay will be subject to charges.
2. Respect the Plants
• Kindly avoid picking the leaves from our plants. We cherish them as friends and hope you do, too. For stays of 3-5 days or more, we'd appreciate it if you could water them when you have the time.
3. Protect the Remote Control
• Please handle the remote control carefully and avoid dropping it, as we do not have a spare.
4. Staircase Door and Storage
• The staircase door leads to our storage room.
Cleaning supplies, such as brooms and the vacuum, are available for use. However, please refrain from touching any other items stored there.
5. Energy Conservation
• Turn off all lights and the television when they are not in use or when you leave the house.
STRICTLY NO CHARGING OF ELECTRIC CARS ON OUR PROPERTY
6. Shoes and Slippers
• Please remove your shoes when entering the house and place them on the shoe rack. Extra slippers are provided for indoor use.
7. Keys and Security
• When leaving the house, make sure to leave the key either under the TV or in the door key lock.
After securing the key in the key locker, reset the digits to OOOO
General House Rules
1. Security and Safety
• Always lock all doors at night and close all windows to ensure security.
• Turn off all lights and appliances when leaving the unit.
2. Cleanliness and Organization
• Properly dispose of garbage using garbage bags, as trash collection requires proper disposal.
• Wash all dishes before leaving the property.
• Ensure all furniture is returned to its original place before check-out.
3. Noise and Neighbor Respect
• Avoid unnecessary noise after 9:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment.
• Always respect the neighbors. Guests who fail to follow the rules will be asked to leave without a refund.
4. Damages and Charges
• Drawing on walls, or causing stains on bedsheets, towels, or bedding, will result in additional charges.
• Any damages to the property will be fined accordingly.
5. Security Deposit
• The security deposit will be returned after housekeeping has inspected the house.
• Refunds will be processed via GCash or bank transfer. Immediate refunds will not be provided without a proper inspection.
Important Reminder
•We’d like to inform you that our subdivision currently experiences low water pressure during the daytime. We recommend stocking water at night when the flow is stronger. Rest assured, we’ve prepared water storage in each bathroom for your convenience
• Unscheduled power interruptions may occur. Please note that the house does not have an emergency power supply.
• If there is unscheduled water maintenance, we recommend storing water in the provided buckets in advance.
We can accommodate more than 10-12 people if they are comfortable using floor mattresses, which will be set up on the ground floor. Mattresses will be provided. Guests should inform us 5-7 days in advance to arrange this.
