Welcome to Dos Playas Hideaway — a peaceful condo retreat in the gated Serena Suites community, nestled between Coco and Ocotal.
Designed for couples, families, or a few close friends, this is a place to slow down, reset, and reconnect.
Enjoy lush tropical grounds, tranquil pool views, and easy access to two beautiful beaches — Coco Beach just 1 km away and Ocotal Beach 1.2 km away by short drive or cart.

The space
This tastefully decorated condo is set within a lush, tropical complex featuring a pristine shared pool and gardens spread across five fully fenced acres.

Both bedrooms offer queen beds and dressers, with fresh linens and towels provided. The primary bedroom includes a closet and a full en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms feature hot water and rainfall showers.

The kitchen includes a four-seat extended island and is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, dish soap, and cleaning supplies. You’ll also find stainless steel appliances, a microwave, rice cooker, and blender—perfect for smoothies or cool drinks.

The living room offers a sofa bed, lounger, side tables, and a Smart TV where you can log into Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, and more (or bring your own Roku/Firestick).

Enjoy Costa Rica’s local coffee from the semi-private front patio, surrounded by tropical landscaping. Zero-gravity chairs are also available for relaxing on either the front or back patio.

The shared pool features two tiers—one with jets and seating, and another ideal for swimming or floating. An outdoor shower near the pool makes rinsing off after the beach easy and refreshing. Pool loungers are also available throughout the complex.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the condo and all provided amenities, including free parking, washer and dryer, hot water, beach towels (6), shared pool, outdoor shower, and all other listed features.

Other things to note
Dos Playas Hideaway is located in a quiet, gated community along Calle Ocotal, the connecting road between Coco and Ocotal. The area has a relaxed, local feel, with nearby shops, walkers, bikes, and golf carts commonly seen throughout the neighborhood.

Coco Beach is approximately 1 km away and walkable for many guests. Ocotal Beach is about 1.2 km away and best accessed by car or golf cart. We recommend a rental vehicle or gas-powered golf cart for exploring the area comfortably.

Serena Suites is peaceful and laid-back, making it an ideal home base for relaxing while still being close to beaches, dining, and activities. Please note that the complex is not able to charge electric golf carts or electric vehicles. If a cart is needed, we recommend reserving a gas-powered golf cart in advance.

Although a car or golf cart is needed to get to Serena Suites, beach access is walkable (depends on preference, many guests choose to rent a car/golf cart) With barely any neighbors, you are surrounded by wildlife, lush grounds and 5 acres of serenity.
