The health and safety of our guests is very important to us. Your vacation home reservation is backed by 24/7 customer support thru AIRBNB or contact Dorothy or Jane. Our professional cleaner will be performing a deep clean between guests. .Expert cleaning in line with current CDC guidelines. Our aim is to help you have a fun and safe Ocean City vacation!

Our vacation home has central air-conditioning; clothes washer and dryer and a new dishwasher; Sleeping accommodations (3 bedrooms) include: 1st bdrm: queen; 2nd bdrm: queen and twin; 3rd bdrm:twin over double bunkbed & optional toddler floor mat;
You can bring your own sheets/towels or you have access to linen closet. We ask that you put linens in washing machine before you leave. We will provide a starter kit of paper products; dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags estimated to be sufficient for a day or two.
2 full baths; free Tmobile hi-speed internet; ROKU with Netflix, Peacock; ; Paramount Plus/Showtime). - parking for two (2) cars ; tastefully decorated; privacy (this is an individual vacation/beach home not a condo). Fans in each bedroom to provide "white noise". and central A/C. Our cleaning lady, Shelly, takes pride in leaving our vacation home as clean as possible for the next guests. Let Shelly or me know if there are any problems. Our handyman is also nearby if needed.
Guests have two (2) choices for linens and towels:
1) You can bring your own.
2) You have use of our linen closet (sheets/towels) - we ask that you put used linens in hamper or washing machine. Thank you

WE WILL PROVIDE: Hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags estimated to be sufficient for a day or two. You`ll have your own washer and dryer inside the home that you are welcome to use.
Guest access
You will have access to the vacation home one-thousand sq ft - very comfortable for 5 adults and 3 children (using bunkbed (twin over double) and optional air mattress or fold-up floor mattress. Short walk to Ocean, restaurants, night life. Community Pools (2) (open Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend) about 100 ft. from our backyard; as well as the tennis courts, mini-golf, pickleball and shuffleboard. Northside Park with jogging trails, crabbing, fishing piers, paddle board rental is a short-cut from our back property line. 24-hour bus service at corner to take you to the famous Ocean City boardwalk as well as the popular Route 50 Outlet Malls. Guests have access to boogie boards; sand toys; crabbing nets etc. stored in shed on property - key to shed is hanging on hook next to kitchen cabinet. Guests have access to games and CD's. Other things to note
We provide a "starter kit" hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishsoap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags .
The vacation home has a sufficient supply of pillows, blankets, throws and mattress pads, (sheets/towels).
The vacation home has central air-conditioning as well as fans in each room.
If you will be bringing your own sheets/towels you will need: 2 queen; 2 twin; 1 full/standard. You have access to our linen closet. Any used linens please put in hamper or washing machine before you leave.
Linens in linen closet are free to use; however, If you desire to have fresh linens made-up on all beds before you arrive, you will need to let me know ahead of time. There is an additional charge of $20
There is a Dollar Tree Store at the shopping strip a short walk from us - you can pick up paper products; trash bags; laundry detergent for $1 .25.
Please leave no dirty dishes in sink; empty trash cans in dumpster outside. Trash pickup early Monday and early Thursday.Would appreciate if you could roll trash dumpster to curb Sunday night and Wednesday night. Thank you.
