Sophisticated apartment located in a historic Roman alley in Trastevere between Piazza San Calisto and Via della Lungaretta. At the center of nightlife, it is extremely quiet and relaxing as it overlooks the rooftops of the church of San Crisogono.
A perfect location for exploring the city.
In a few minutes' walk you can reach Piazza Trilussa, Ponte Sisto, Campo de' Fiori, the Jewish Ghetto, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Venezia, the Colosseum, and the Vatican.
The space
The apartment is on the second floor of a historic building of the seventeenth century.
The chestnut ceilings – over 3 meters high — and full renovation unite elegance, technology, comfort, and luxury while respecting its historical tradition.
All furnishings are new. Design elements, crafted by artisans, give a unique value to the house.
There are international-type sockets available throughout the house (including USB type A and C sockets).
The room with a standard double bed offers a view of the bell tower of the church of San Crisogono. Trolleys, suitcases and shoes can also be stowed in the closet.
In the living room, there is a smart TV (Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV...), a workstation with a desk and WiFi, and a French-sized double sofa bed for the third guest.
The staircase light can be switched on using the switches on each floor of the hallway. When you enter the building, the switch is on your left.

Air conditioning in every room of the house.
