Our vacation home is located in Fontespina, a small and quiet neighborhood of Civitanova Marche, away from the hustle and bustle of the center but well connected to the urban network. In fact, in summer you can take advantage of the free municipal service: "Bus-Navetta", i.e. the bus service active all day that connects the entire city.
DolceVita Home is less than a two-minute walk from the beach; also in the street there are many essential shops, including: the tobacconist, the hairdresser, the bar and a new supermarket inaugurated in the first months of 2022.
Parking will never be a problem, even in the summer.
For families, we recommend visiting the IV Marine Park, which is a large green area equipped with games and a soccer field; in addition, shows and events for children are often organized in this park.
