The space
Views! Views! Views! Dock Days on Lake Norman is the ultimate lake house and destination. Located in the quiet, secluded Sherrill's Ford area, this home is situated directly on the lake with a huge yard and spectacular south facing, expansive water views.

Inside downstairs you'll find an open concept living/dining/kitchen area with a fully stocked kitchen to cook all your meals. The dining table seats 8 and is perfect for family game night. A convenient half bath and laundry are also located on the first floor.

Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary suite has a queen bed with a tv and attached full bath. Access the upper deck from both the bedroom and bathroom - a perfect, quiet space to sip your morning coffee and watch the sun come up. The second bedroom boasts a queen bed and a tv. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, bunk bed, tv, and lounge area. A full bath completes the 2nd floor.

Outside is where you want to be. Just outside the front porch is a sitting area overlooking the huge yard, deck, and docks. The main space is the enormous deck with living and dining spaces and outdoor stacked-stone fireplace. Perfect for roasting marshmallows and hotdogs!
