The space
The condo is a 27sqm end unit with a balcony on the 34th floor overlooking the pool area. The unit is just beside the fire exit, so the next neighboring unit is a few meters away. The unit is personally designed and decorated to cater to guests' needs for a short or long term stay for either business or pleasure.
The Kitchen Area:
Upon entering the unit, you will find a fully equipped kitchen suitable for light cooking. There is a two-burner electric stove, microwave and fridge. Rice cooker, cookware, cooking and dining necessities including wine glasses and a cork opener are tucked away inside the cabinets. A bread toaster and electric kettle are also available. In addition, footwear is provided for you and a built-in shoe cabinet is available in the living room for you to keep your shoes and other things.
The Living Space:
The unit is ideal for work from home setup with more than 150Mbps Converge unlimited fiber broadband. There is a custom-built workspace area in the living room that is doubled as a two-person dining space with a pull-out table. If you just want to relax and sit on the loveseat and watch TV, a 55-inch UHD TV with Netflix ready is available. You may opt to turn on the candle warmer on the top of the shoe cabinet for some aromatherapy while you are at it. A desk fan and ionizer with hepa filter are available in the living space, as well as a power cord with a USB charging port for your convenience.
The Bedroom:
Relax or slumber away after a busy day on a queen-size bed with quality mattress and beddings. There are ample storage space in the built-in wardrobe and under the custom-built bed frame. Hair dryer, steam iron, ironing board and hangers are available. The room has tri-color ceiling lights that you can set based on your mood. The vanity area inside the bedroom can double as additional work from home space. Room darkening shades are installed for your convenience and privacy.
The Balcony:
A bonus space where you can spend your morning sipping a cup of tea/coffee or evening while drinking a glass of wine looking over the city skyline. A garden set is provided for your convenience.
The Bathroom:
Refresh yourself with a cold or hot shower in a shower area with a glass enclosure. Bath essentials and dental kits are provided. Tucked away inside the cabinets are bathroom cleaning essentials if you need them. A washer/spin cycle and drying rack are available for guests to use if needed.

Guest access
We will require a copy of a valid photo ID so we can forward to the front desk and property management for access approval to the building and amenities. On arrival, you are requested to go to the front desk to register. You may be asked by the front desk to leave an ID. Guests are given a unique pin code needed to enter the unit that will be valid from check-in till the check-out time.
