The space
The maximum occupancy for a 2-bedroom unit is 6 guests. However, one child under 3 feet tall won’t be included in the guest count.

In the master bedroom, there's a queen bed that can accommodate 2 adults. In the other bedroom, there are 2 single beds. You can use the sofa bed, which is good for 2 people.

•To access the unit, you must present the QR code that will be sent to you before your arrival. Only individuals listed in the booking are permitted to enter the premises. Inviting of unregistered guests is not allowed; only the condominium unit owners can invite guests.

• Roof Deck can be accessed between 7AM and 9pm. Please ask the lobby guard for assistance.

• Overnight parking is available at PHP 380/night.

• No inviting unregistered guests; only the condominium unit owners can invite guests.

• Senior citizen or PWD discounts do not apply.

• Always bring your Visitor's Pass. This serves as your gate and lobby access; lost pass incur a PHP 500 charge payable to the condominium management.

• Use kitchen facilities responsibly.

• Please follow the "Clean-As-You-Go policy; do not leave unwashed dishes.

• Do not flush tissues or sanitary napkins. If clog during stay additional fee will be requested.
