Located near to the Marbella beach, Puerto Nuevo, at 10 min drive away to the beach. Near to the house you can find Mini Market and small shops. (Be careful cross the via) You can find places or attractions nearby such as the Ojo de Agua Spring , El charco Azul (Please tell me for advise to visit the area), Roca Norte climbing gym, Casa Alonzo museum, shopping centers such as Vega Baja mall, Barceloneta Outlets, Vega Alta Gran Caribe Mall, Restaurants, Supermarkets and Pharmacies. Among the restaurants within walking distance are Marcos Sea Food and Pollos Robby, Up Restaurant, Mi Viejo Restaurant, Bocaito, Waffle Cafe, Cafe y mas, 693 Bar and Grill, and many others that you will find in the Town and the Beach
