This property is ideal visiting Downings, Carrigart, Dunfanaghy areas. This property is located straight across the road from the famous Old Glen Bar & Resturant. Close to Rosapenna Golf course, Beachs, Ards forest Park, Glenveigh national Park, Doe Castle and many more Beautiful scenic sights. Includes WiFi and free private parking to the rear adjacent to a patio area which has garden table and Chairs supplied. You will feel at home once you enter the property.
The space
3 bedroom cottage, one small room with double bed, one medium room with double bed and one large room with double bed, also tv in the large bedroom.
The property has one bathroom shared between all guests which has an electric shower. Toilet rolls, shower gels soap are supplied of your flying and dont fancy packing liquids
Sitting room is spacious furnished with 2 comfortable 3 seater sofas which comfortably seats 6 adults. TV is. smart TV you can log into your own Netflix account watch you tube or just broke through the channels loaded on the TV. most Standard channels are available
The kitchen is modest size but has everything you need to cook beautiful meals. Kitchen has a gas cooker electric oven kettle toaster microwave and airfryer.
There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen with stools but we're happy enough to let guests eat in the living room.

This house is not wheelchair friendly. the house is situated off the main road. But access from the rear is also available
Secure lockable shed and basement for bikes, golf clubs ect.
External security cameras: For the security of our guests and property, two CCTV cameras operate externally. One camera covers the front entrance and key safe, and the second covers the rear entrance and oil tank area. There are no cameras inside the cottage or in private guest areas.

Lived here for 7 years with my young family. It is the perfect cosy cottage for visiting donegal. Your central to all popular holiday villages and attractions, nearby beaches and golf courses. Only 20 mins drive to Letterkenny.
