The space
Perfectly located on the seafront: take the lift and you are already on the beach. Guests love the spotless cleanliness, the fully equipped kitchen and the ideal position for families, couples and long-stay visitors also during wintertime.

The apartment is on the 15th floor with lift, bright and quiet, with soundproof windows. From the furnished sea-view balcony you can enjoy a unique panorama stretching from Mount Conero along the coast – perfect for breakfast, remote work or relaxing moments.

Inside you will find a cosy living room, a fully equipped induction kitchen, two bedrooms (sea-view double room + twin room) and a bathroom with window. A washing machine is available.
Fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and HD TV ensure maximum comfort also for remote workers. A cot and high chair are provided for families with infants.

The building offers free parking and direct access to the beach with outdoor showers. In the same building there is an elegant bakery-café-gelato shop with a sea-view terrace. Supermarket, pharmacy and the seafront cycling path are within walking distance; two bicycles are available on request. A gym with indoor pool and wellness area (paid services) is only 20 metres away.

We are pet-friendly (1 small pet, on request, with extra cleaning fee).

In front of the palace is the fine sandy beach is equipped (with seasonal bathing and heliotherapy services from June 1 to September 30), and free.
