For your Roman holidays, choose an apartment equipped with every comfort and strategically located between the Trastevere neighborhoods, known for their characteristic alleys and typical outdoor trattorias, and the Marconi neighborhood, famous for shopping.
The newly renovated 70 sqm house is covered with warm parquet and is divided into 4 rooms: a living room with sofa bed, kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom and a comfortable balcony on which to have breakfast or an aperitif.

The space
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a fairly large condominium, is served by an elevator and is equipped with a balcony overlooking an internal courtyard where you can have breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
The entrance is directly in the living area where you can eat meals or relax on the sofa. The kitchen is in a separate room and is fully equipped to prepare meals independently (induction stove and pans, plates, glasses and cutlery, salt and oil, Nespresso machine and cups).
