Ideally situated just 5 minutes from downtown Windham and 7 minutes from Windham Mountain, you’ll enjoy easy access to skiing, hiking, restaurants, shops, golf, and everything the Catskills has to offer while relaxing in a peaceful setting surrounded by beautiful gardens and mature trees.
The home sits on a large, level property with expansive lawns on all sides, making it perfect for outdoor activities, children, and family gatherings.

This is one large private home exclusively for your group (6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms). Guests will have access to nearly the entire property, including the full house, expansive landscaped gardens, and surrounding forest areas, allowing plenty of space to relax, explore, and enjoy the peaceful natural setting. Whether you’re spending time outdoors with family and friends, taking a quiet walk through the property, or simply enjoying the privacy and scenery, the grounds offer a truly relaxing retreat experience.
A few select areas may be restricted for maintenance or owner storage purposes and will be clearly marked or outlined in the check-in instructions provided prior to your arrival.
Other things to note
Please Note the Following House Guidelines:
Guests are not permitted to access the boiler room, as clearly indicated on the door signage.
Access to the tree house is strictly prohibited for all guests at all times.
Children must always be supervised while using the swings and outdoor play areas. Use of these amenities is at guests’ own risk.
If the grill is used during your stay, we kindly ask that it be properly cleaned after each use.
To help conserve energy and maintain the property, please ensure that all interior and exterior lights are turned off prior to departure.
For safety and cleanliness purposes, garbage should never be left outside the home or on the property at any time.
We appreciate your cooperation and respect for these guidelines, as they help us maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests.
