The space
Located on the 1st floor (elevator code provided) of a newly built apartment building that opened in January 2021. The greatest benefit of new construction is modern SOUNDPROOFING! Many OLDER buildings in Tbilisi seem to have paper-thin walls, and you constantly hear your neighbors.
After a hard day's work, you can sleep your troubles away in the queen-sized (160x200) bed with the 100% memory foam mattress with fluffy duvets and pillows.
The mini-sized kitchen is packed with just enough countertop space, a 2-burner cooktop, microwave, retro refrigerator, and many extras.
The dining area next to the kitchen features a rustic table that doubles as a work surface for your next great idea.
Since you have a lot of work to get done, we offer super-fast fiber-optic WiFi throughout the apartment, and the workspace features a 27-inch 4K monitor.
When it's time to relax, we offer a beautifully comfortable swivel chair and a small sofa. You can also use the 28-inch 4K monitor as a TV to stream your favorite content or play games. Extra speakers are provided to enhance your entertainment experience.

The balcony is just a small "Juliet" balcony, just big enough to stand on.

Please remember that you’re staying in a condo, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible , but there is no one living on site 24/7.
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. Minut is a smart home device that measures volume levels, motion, temperature and humidity throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is privacy compliant and is required on this property. There are no cameras or microphones inside the apartment, however there are cameras in common areas outside the apartment like the hallways, elevator and at the entrance.
