If your party includes more than six adults, please provide the full names and copies of IDs for the two additional adults. The two guests who present IDs will check in separately from the main group. Do not inform the concierge that your group exceeds six adults to avoid potential check-in complications. Additionally my staff will call you for more detailed check-in information.
If your group consists of eight adults, check-in cannot be completed all at once; however, rest assured that everyone will be able to check in smoothly with proper coordination at arrival.
For last-minute or same-day bookings, please send the full names of all guests checking in before 8:00 PM to enable endorsement emails to the admin; otherwise entry will be restricted as the admin office will be closed.
Upon check-in, a deposit of PHP 1,000 is required for the RFID card used for elevator access. The deposit will be refunded upon the return of the RFID card.

This inviting room is designed for comfort, featuring one double bed and two double-size bunk beds, accommodating up to six guests with ease. Fully air-conditioned, it ensures a restful night’s sleep. Additionally, a half-moon mirror serves as a perfect makeup area or workstation, adding to the room's functionality.
Bedroom 3:
This converted maid's room features a cozy bunk bed and includes a small bathroom with a hot and cold shower. Please note that this room is equipped with a fan but does not have air conditioning. However, the adjacent living area is fully air-conditioned, so keeping the door open will help cool the space.
Bathroom:
Enjoy a refreshing hot and cold shower in a well-appointed bathroom.

Important: When parking at One Uptown Residences, please inform the security personnel that you are an Airbnb guest. Present the email confirmation containing your name for verification.
Guest Services:
Self Check-In & Check-Out: Detailed instructions will be sent to your Airbnb inbox for a seamless experience.
Mid-Stay Cleaning: Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries can be provided upon request for your convenience.
Parking Options: In addition to on-site parking, there are spaces available at Uptown BGC Mall and nearby areas like Uptown Parade and Mitsukoshi Mall.
Pool Access: Enjoy complimentary pool access for up to 3 guests. An additional fee of ₱500 per head applies for extra guests. Please note that the pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance. And not available for all the guest during weekends and Holidays. And please update us if you are going to use the pool so we can update the Resident Information Sheet (RIS). That is the requirements for all the guest to have access to the pool.
