This apartment is unique among all our other 1BHK apartments, it 2 balconies, many windows thus has the most natural light among all other apartments and has 2 full bathrooms in a 1BHK apartment.
It is an independent 1BHK apartment with private entry on the Upper Ground Floor. The building has an Elevator thus the guests don’t have to climb any stairs to get inside the apartment. It provides a conclusive stay for 3 Adults, with 1 Double bed in the bedroom and a Diwan Bed in the Living Room which opens and becomes a 6 ft. by 6 ft. bed. There are attached full bathrooms and balconies with both the bedroom and the living room.
There are High definition Smart TVs and Air Conditioners in the bedrooms and the living room. The Living Room has ample natural light and comfortable sitting space and is luxuriously designed. Thus is very accessible and easy to reach, with easy access to Cabs, food, laundry, shops, groceries, hospitals, restaurants, cafes, money changer, ATM and eating joints etc. There are two Metro stations nearby - Greater Kailash and Kailash Colony metro station. Both are approximately 1 km from the apartment.
We don’t have a reserved parking space with this apartment. Paid parking is available at the M block market parking which is 40 50 meters from the apartment. If you we have a guest without a vehicle in any other apartment of our which has a reserved parking we will provide you with that parking spot but it is subject to availability.
Guest access
It is an Independent Apartment with an independent entry on the Upper Ground Floor hence the guest would have the whole space to them self with complete privacy and no disturbance or interference from anyone.
