This property is perfect if you are looking for a private cosy quiet staycation and yet every amenities at your dispense because of its exclusive prime location.
There are 2 High definition Smart TVs and 2 Air Conditioners placed in both bedroom and the living room. This high spirited Living Room has ample and comfortable sitting space with Sofas, a study table and a HD TV and AC. The Bedroom has a Double Bed and sitting chairs and a centre table which can also be used for any office work purpose. The Bedroom also has a HD TV and AC and the Kitchenette is placed conveniently inside the bedroom with all modern amenities and equipment’s and cutlery provided for a better longer comfortable stay of our guests. The Classy Artsy Bedroom is well ventilated with exhausts.

The property is located in GK-1 area of South Delhi, the Heart of the capital, which is a Residential Gated Posh Colony, and is 2 min walk from the famous M-Block market in Greater Kailash - 1. Hence groceries, food, cafes, eating joints, shopping, atms, banks, money changer, hospitals etc. are all in walking distance. Because of its prime real estate location, and easy commute and nearby market and shops this apartment is a very good fit and convenient for a good experience of our guests staying both for a shorter or longer period. The property is located in the heart of the city thus is very accessible and easy to reach from all over Delhi.
