The space
There is an entrance on the ground floor, with a shed where you can park bicycles, etc. There you will find the stairs to the apartment above. The appartment has its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room with an extra sofa bed/ couch (140x200). The area is green and quiet, free parking with ample spaces can be done further down the street and the center is around the corner.

Down the street is the Swiss festival grounds, where concerts and other events regularly take place. The noise"nuisance" is nil by the way, but the atmosphere is fantastic because of it. On / adjacent to the property, you will also find two supermarkets, a fishmonger, restaurant and bar (500-1000m). The city brewery is also located here and is an excellent base for a beer with a drink board or a unique tour with tasting. So called "Brouwerij de Vlijt", also very suitable (and regularly booked) for parties.

Het Centrum van Apeldoorn, incl. Various restaurants, shopping and the market on Monday mornings and Saturday are within walking distance (about 10 min.).

We are Ronald & Simone and live with great pleasure in the green area of the center of Apeldoorn. We have two small dogs (one of whom is still in training). We love motorcycling and like to be outside a lot. We are in and a lot to find the house. We have set up a place for you in 2022, in the back of our garden.
