• ₱50 for 3 hours
• ₱250 for overnight parking
• Payment is due upon entrance. No reservation needed.

1. Noise Level: Please be mindful of other tenants in the building. Keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
2. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Please use designated smoking areas in the building.
3. Pets: Pets are allowed with a ₱500 pet fee. Please ensure that your pet does not disturb others and is always supervised within the suite.
4. Extra Guests: Additional guests are allowed for an extra charge of ₱500 per person.
5. Cleanliness: Kindly maintain cleanliness during your stay. Please dispose of garbage in the designated bins.
