Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Minutes walk to shops, bars and restaurants, 10 minutes drive from beautiful beaches. Legally registered tourist license VT-504665-A

The space
Our beautiful set villa is 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Within the walled garden we have private off street parking, with on street parking also available. There is a lovely comfy seating area with outside dining table and gas bbq are, with awnings for shade if needed. The private pool is the perfect place for the family to enjoy together, of for couples to have some peaceful relaxation time.
We have a well equipped kitchen, that should have all you need to feel a home from home. Including a dolce gusto coffee machine for those who need their caffeine fix!
The open plan diner/lounge is a great space for all. Dining area has Dining table and chairs to cater for six. With ceiling fan.
The lounge area has a large 55” smart tv. Large L shaped sofa/lounger and another sofa. Pellet burner for those cooler evenings in winter, A/c and ceiling fan for the hot days. All windows have mosquito nets. The lounge also has a door into the conservatory, a perfect chilled place to sit out.
The 1st bedroom has a king sized bed, 2 large built in wardrobes with drawers in each, 2 bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers, a t.v, a ceiling fan and an A/C unit. Patio doors open onto the roof terrace. This bedroom has an en suite full sized bathroom, with bath, shower over the bath, sink, toilet, large mirror and lots of storage!
The 2nd bedroom has twin single beds, a bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, a large built in wardrobe, a full length mirror, a ceiling fan and an A/C unit.
The 3rd bedroom has twin single beds, a bedside cabinet, a large built in wardrobe, large mirror, a ceiling fan and an A/C unit.
All bedrooms have mosquito nets on the windows.
The family bathroom is downstairs, with bath, shower over the bath, sink, bidet, large mirror and lots of storage.

*Please note that all the air conditioning units have sensors. If they do not detect any movement, after a timed period, they will turn off. This is so they do not get left on when not being used. If the unit switches off, you just need to press the power on button again and it will come straight on again*
*Aircon has settings 18-22. Once you have an ideal temperature, please turn off. Aircon units are not made to run continuously throughout the day. Our rental charges are lower then others you will find for the same standard accommodation/amenities, please help us keep it that way*
