The Design & Art Villa, crafted by a renowned Croatian architect, seamlessly blends modern design with traditional Mediterranean charm. Awarded for its design, the villa showcases remarkable artworks by famous Croatian painters and sculptors. Its expansive common areas are designed for a luxurious lifestyle, influenced by the sea, socializing, and cuisine. The three bedrooms are generously lit and airy, with an optional extra bedroom on request. Ideal for 6 adults or alternatively, accommodating 4 adults with 4 children, or simply 8 adults, it promises superb comfort.
