Enjoy some fun playing on the full-size poker table while watching your favorite TV channels. (Poker chip set included) Full size pool table with endless views of the backyard through the large windows.
★THE TRANQUIL BACKYARD★
Step outside and soak in the Resort Style backyard! The spacious patio has two outdoor dining tables. Relax around the pool and sit in one of the lounge chairs. Spend your evening around the gas firepit or grilling on our gas BBQ grill. Don't forget to put aside some time to have some fun and play at least one of our favorite backyard activities:

🌴 Pool & Spa Heating:
Our pool and spa share one gas heater, so they cannot be heated at the same time.
💦 Hot Tub:
• No additional charge to heat the hot tub.
• Heats up within approximately 20–30 minutes.
• When the spa is turned on, the system automatically redirects heat from the pool to the spa. Once you’re finished, the pool will resume heating.
🏊♀️ Pool:
• Pool heating is optional and available October–April.
• $75 per night of your reservation.
• Must be requested at least 3 days before check-in to allow enough time for the water to reach the desired temperature.
• When heated, the pool averages 83–85°F.

-Pool and hot tub Lights are scheduled to go on from dusk-1AM.
The washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the home. Iron and ironing board available.
GUEST ACCESS: You will receive instructions 24 hours before check-in to access the property. You will be given a keyless personal door code for entry. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after check-out. Please reach out to your hosts if there are any questions.
CHECK-OUT: The short check-out instructions will be listed in the welcome book. No need to start any laundry, our cleaners bring fresh linens and towels after each stay. Please leave the linens and towels as the cleaners will handle the laundry.
★NO PETS: We do not allow pets at this time. You will be charged a $1000 undisclosed pet cleaning fee if an animal is brought into this home unannounced. You will be asked to leave, no refunds.
★There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty, and immediate NO POOL FENCE. The backyard is fenced around the perimeter. All children must be supervised at all times.
★Please do not touch the pool or hot tub equipment. Please do not remove the pool vacuum from the pool, this can cause damage to the pool pump. All equipment is on a scheduled timer and if tampered with, there will be a $1000 damage fee. If you have any questions or concerns about the pool/hot tub, please message your hosts.
★ At this time we do not allow guests into the garage. There is plenty of driveway parking for multiple vehicles. The owner has his Disc Golf work van parked to the side of the property, out of the way.
★Before booking this home, please review ALL of the House Rules to make sure that this is the right home for you. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
★As we understand that you are coming here to have a good time and enjoy your stay, we kindly ask that you treat our home with respect and care.
