With a king in the master, queen bunk beds in the 1st guest room, queen bed in the 2nd guest room and a queen pull-out sofa in the living room, there is plenty of space for sleeping up to 9. Enjoy premium bedding, stylish interiors, large comfortable couch, smart TV's, beautiful solid wood dining table, fully stocked kitchen, greenery aesthetic wall, custom backyard mural, fire pit, bar cart, beer pong table, board games and more.

Step outside info a friendly residential neighborhood just 1 mile from Fashion Square Mall, Old Town shopping, top-notch restaurants, lively nightlife, and scenic hiking and biking trails. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the close proximity to MLB Spring Training stadiums, the Barrett-Jackson Car Show, the Phoenix Open, Salt River Fields, and premier golf courses. Families will love the abundance of nearby attractions including OdySea Aquarium, McCormick Railroad Park, Octane Raceway, KTR, Topgolf, Bam Kazam, iFLY, and more. Guests have full access to the house and private backyard. The garage is not accessible for guests but there is a driveway with plenty of space, plus street parking.

-No smoking inside in the home (including vaping)
-No pets 
-Respect the property and belongings, treat it as you would your own
-The garage is locked and not accessible to guests

-Please note the pool is NOT heated
-Swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty
-Guests assume all responsibility when using the pool
-Children must be supervised at all times
-No glass in or around the pool area, no exceptions
-The deck is slippery when wet; please avoid running
-Do not tamper with pool equipment or settings
-Pool towels are located in laundry room above the dryer
-Pool chair towel covers are located in laundry room above the dryer (navy/white stripe)

We are excited to welcome you to our Desert Mojito home in sunny Scottsdale, AZ. My husband and I have been happily married for 25 years and are a family of four—plus two goofy Weimaraners. After calling Scottsdale home for over 20 years, we created this space to reflect what we love most: the relaxed energy of tropical travel blended with the beauty of the desert.
