The Rhodon is located on the Veluws Hof family recreation park.

Cozy stays, excursions or a walk/bike ride through the woods or over Hoge Veluwe Nature Park. Waterfalls of Loenen, forest park Berg en Bos, there is a lot to do.

The Chalet is NOT rented to migrant workers and has a maximum rent of 3 weeks.

Central heating is provided for the cold days.

The space
The Rhodon is in the back on a lane, so peace and space are offered. The garden is also largely fenced with private access.

Facilities of the Chalet:

Two bedrooms, 1 bedroom with double bed 140 x 190cm. and 1 bedroom with two single beds 70 x 190cm.

Bedding is provided but must be made by yourself, towels and kitchen towels must be brought by yourself.

Central heating installation completely renewed in November 2023, so even on the colder evenings it is wonderfully warm to stay in the Chalet.

Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower cabin.

Open kitchen, with gas oven, refrigerator, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, all kitchen/cooking utensils, complete dishes, dining room table.

Living room with a fixed corner sofa and TV.

Sunny garden, largely tiled, with garden set, pillows and parasol to sit outside.

* Log cabin for storage and freezer. Possibility to place bicycles in the log cabin or under the canopy next to the log cabin. With also a power point for charging electric bicycles.

Pets and smoking are NOT allowed.

Facilities are closed from October 1 to May 1, but the recreation park is accessible.

Own SPAR supermarket, for daily groceries and fresh rolls in the mornings.

Restaurant "De Ruggestee" Lunch, Dinner and Bowling alleys.

Cafeteria "De Friterie," for the easy meal on the day of arrival or for the delicious appetizer.

Canteen "Het Witte Huis" with activities such as bingo, Dutch card games/joker and cozy music evenings.

Recreation team from May 1 to September 1, with fun activities for young and old.

WIFI:
The Rhodon does not have its own WiFi.
If you would like WIFI, it is available at the reception of the recreation park with limited speed.
The cost for this is 1.50 per day per device or 7.50 per week per device.
Advice: first buy WIFI for 1 day to see if the signal is strong enough.

Parking:
At the recreation park, parking of 1 car is allowed on the designated parking spaces. The car can not be parked directly at the Chalet.

Upon arrival, the car must first be parked in the central parking lot, and then pick up the pass for the barrier at the Chalet to enter the recreation park by car.

The barrier is open from 7am to 11pm.
The maximum speed at the recreation park is 5 km per hour.

Other things to note
Check-in:
Between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m., you can check in yourself, through a key safe at De Rhodon.

At the final reservation, you will receive the code and map of how to get from the central parking lot to the Chalet to pick up the pass for the barrier and the keys for the Chalet.

Towels, kitchen towels and toilet paper are not provided.

At the reception of the recreation park, you can obtain nice cycling and hiking trails. Also for children, a special route of the gnome path.
