The space
Step outside to 150 feet of private water frontage, where mornings start with coffee on the deck and end by the fire pit under a canopy of stars. Kids will love splashing in the shallow, sandy section of shoreline—just 1.5 to 2 feet deep—while adults glide across the lake on kayaks and a pedal boat (provided in season). Bring your fishing gear and cast a line for bass or bluegill, or bring your own pontoon to tie up at the private dock!
Inside, unwind in the indoor hot tub—your year-round retreat tucked away in its own dedicated room. The open-concept living area features a soaring two-story stone fireplace, Smart TV, and plush seating—perfect for movie nights or relaxed afternoons together. Upstairs, the loft is ideal for board games, cards, and late-night conversations, while the ping pong table in the garage keeps the fun going for all ages.
The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking for a crowd easy, stocked with everything from a crock pot to a French press and blender. Grill out on the Weber grill, share family-style dinners indoors or in the screened porch, and watch the sunset reflect across the lake while the fire crackles outside.
