We're just 5 minutes from the lively restaurants, bars, and shops in Tennyson and West Highlands, 10 minutes from downtown Denver and RiNO. Hopping on I-70 is a breeze when you're ready to explore the mountains.

The space
Completed in late 2023, this apartment was designed with Airbnb guests in mind.
- Located in the basement of a split-level home, it features natural light and is fully private.
- One dog is welcome to stay for free.
- The cozy-luxe interior includes quality furniture: a king bed, XL TV, couch, and marble dining table.
- The kitchenette is fully equipped for preparing meals.
- The separate bathroom has storage for clothes and a washer/dryer set for your convenience.

Guest access
You'll enjoy a private entrance, your own designated parking spot, and access to outdoor lounge seating. Please note there are steps leading down to the unit.

Other things to note
I live upstairs and work from home, so you may hear footsteps, but nothing more than typical apartment noise.

This unit is dog-friendly with no fee, but due to the space, only one dog is allowed per stay. I’ve provided a dog bed and food/water bowls in case you forget something. My cohost, Olive, a scruffy pup, may be heard playing in the backyard, but she promises to be on her best behavior.

To help you enjoy the park, the apartment is stocked with sports equipment, including badminton, volleyball, frisbee, basketball, soccer, and football gear.
