You will be thrilled to be apart of this rare opportunity to enjoy your own fully remodeled houseboat to yourself. You will enjoy all the comforts of being home including a in home 3 person Sauna, Fire place, air conditioning, Full sound system though out entire boat, LED's etc. Includes two kayaks and one Paddle board.

The space
Included are two Kayaks and one Paddle Board. You are welcome to bring your own toys as well, even your boat! We offer a huge space upstairs which offers a wonderful 360 degree view of the delta. Nice big propane BBQ for your use. Pets stay for FREE! Up to two animals.

Guest access
You will take Jersey Island Rd off of Cypress Rd. We are located half way down the slough on the levee. You can park on the levee to unload only. Please park below in front of red fence. You will see signs. Call if you get lost

Other things to note
Please, No Parties. Max 2 guests. No Children under the age of 12 allowed because of liability. Get ready for a very unique experience. You're going to love it. -Aaron & Angie

Neighborhood highlights

We are away from all the craziness and in our own world out here. Boat is located on our family owned dock with a private gate with code access only. It's very Safe here. 24/7 surveillance cameras on Houseboat, Dock, & Parking. We have never had any theft of any kind or any issues of any kind.
