Other than the already mentioned amenities, our townhome is also equipped with the following:

✔ Two Free Parking Spaces (labeled) directly in front of townhome. Parking in other guest’s spaces may result in a $50 fine per day and potentially being asked to vacate with no refund.
★ EXTENDED STAYS ★
Any Extended Stay requires Pre-Approval. Special rules are placed to preserve the condition of the home as well as maintain a clean environment for you, our valued guest. Due to local laws, we can not allow any single bookings longer than 28 days. However, with pre-approval, you can book longer stays of 1-3 months with multiple bookings in 28 day increments. Please contact us with questions and inquiries.
✔ Additional Cleaning maybe required depending on the length of your stay, charged at $100 per cleaning.
✔ $100 Pet Fee required each month
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
The Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

Please refrain from Smoking or Vaping inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
★ WELL BEHAVED PETS ALLOWED ★
We love furry friends. However, only Well Behaved Pets are allowed with an Additional Pet Fee of $100. RULES: Please keep pets off Human Furniture and take them outside for all potty breaks. All Pet Rules must be followed, or additional fees may apply.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS WITHOUT PERMISSION ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
The Condo Association is in the process of doing some exterior work and landscaping. Exterior pictures may not look identical at the time of visit depending on updates done.
Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Likewise, please let us know if any of your neighbors are too noisy, and we will see what we can do.
If you leave something behind at the property, we can mail you the item, but you will need to pay the shipping cost.
