A renovated 1916 bungalow in the heart of Hollywood with its own private yard, deck, and patios, tucked behind a tall hedge and shaded by a huge avocado tree for a sanctuary in the middle of it all.
Steps from Sunset Blvd and the Walk of Fame, the Pantages, the Chinese Theatre, and the Hollywood Bowl. Two Metro stops are walkable and rideshare is everywhere, from here you can explore LA without a car.
We live nearby and are around if you need anything, but the unit is fully separate and private.
The space
Completely renovated front unit of a historic 1916 Hollywood bungalow duplex, fully independent from the other unit.

The front yard is shaded by a century-old avocado tree and surrounded by a ten-foot privacy hedge.
Directly across from DeLongpre Park, which has a great playground for families.
Easy walking distance to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Pantages, the Chinese Theatre, the Hollywood Bowl, and the clubs and nightlife along Sunset Blvd. Metro is nearby and rideshare is always available.

Stays of 30 days or more require a signed Short-Term Furnished Rental License Agreement prior to check-in. Key terms include:

• The established fair market rent for this property is $6,000/month; any lower nightly/monthly rate shown reflects a courtesy discount and does not modify the property's established rental value
• No security deposit is collected
• No extensions, subletting, or assignment of the agreement
• Guest may not establish residency or use the property address for mail, ID, voter registration, or government benefits
• Host retains right of entry with reasonable notice
• Guest must vacate by checkout on the last day of the reservation — no holdover rights
