Caridad (Cuban) and Ton (Dutch husband) are the owners of the house. They live in the Netherlands and rent de house as bed & breakfast. They rent this house with private entrance, bathroom, kitchen, 1 large bedroom and a small sleeping place for children, living room and terrace and garden overlooking a field. The house has solar panels for fans, refrigerators, lights, etc.

The space
The house is a fantastic place for 4 adults (in other places 4 pers need to rent 2 rooms here for pay for the whole house (only 5 CuC extra in Cuba). There is not airconditioning in second space but a fun. The house is 5 minutes cycling to the beach of Varadero, one of the most beautiful beaches of Cuba and where you can find many others tourist attractions. It is also possible to rent 2 to 4 bikes for your entire stay. (Prior deposit that will be returned when leaving the house).

Guest access
You will have the whole house. My neighbours are the administrators of the house and they will give you the key. In the bathroom you can find a hairdryer and in the sleeping room a safe-deposit box. At the small sleeping place for children you find a chemical toilet.

Other things to note
Make sure you have the description on how to arrive to the house clearly printed into Spanish, so that you can ask directions. Taxi drivers do not know well the area in general.
