Guest access
Entrance to the property is through a small pedestrian gate which is marked with a red paint stripe and is adjacent to the parking spot. The outdoor fire pit is available for guests to use, with some additional wood provided in the adjacent shed.

Please lower and collapse the shade umbrella when not in use especially if windy or in the evening.

Neighborhood highlights

A private paradise that will have you feeling a million miles from anywhere yet is surprisingly just minutes to magnificent beaches and café / lifestyle hubs.
Matcham is a semi rural suburb nestled in-between Wamberal and Erina and off the beaten track by only a few minutes. The road is very quiet and feels like your miles away in a country side area when really you are just a few minutes from the action of Terrigal, Avoca Beach or Erina Fair. It is lovely to walk around the road and hear all the birdlife (bellbirds and whipbirds are a feature) as well as buy local produce from residences selling at the end of their driveways (oranges, fresh eggs etc). Its really quite a country paradise.
