Before arrival, guests will receive a code that allows entry into the home via keypad. Check-in is at 4PM, and check-out is at 11AM. The home is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Guests have access to the garage and driveway parking is available. Note: A car is highly recommended for getting around.
Prior to arrival, a House Manual will be sent including a home guide, recommended local attractions, restaurants, grocery stores and more. Please feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions!
Other things to note
You are staying in a neighborhood home and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbors by keeping the noise levels down at all times, especially between 10pm and 8am.
The booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. Violation is grounds for removal from the property without a refund. A deposit and 2nd rental agreement may be requested.
While we love pets, they are not allowed at our home. Please no parties or unauthorized guests allowed at any time. There is no smoking of any kind inside the home. Please no redecorating or moving furniture. Please keep all drinks and food in the designated dining and kitchen areas only. Please help us keep a tidy home by removing your shoes upon entering.
Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to AirBNB.
