Welcome to our riad located in the heart of the historic Kasbah district, just 2 minutes from the famous Saadian Tombs and 10 minutes walk from the vibrant Jemaa el-Fna square. Ideally located, it allows you to fully enjoy Marrakech while offering an atmosphere of calm and relaxation upon your return.
From the moment you enter, you will discover a vast living space bathed in light: a fully equipped kitchen, guest toilets, a large dining room for sharing your meals, a cozy living room with a TV, and a magnificent indoor swimming pool (1.60/2.20 and 80 cm deep) for cooling off at any time of day. On the ground floor, a first suite welcomes you, perfect for those who prefer to avoid the stairs.
Upstairs, two other stylish and comfortable suites extend the experience, including one with three beds, ideal for hosting a family or group of friends.
The terrace, a real haven of peace, will seduce you with its spaces designed for relaxation: a fourth bedroom with bathroom, sunbeds to enjoy the sun, a summer kitchen for your alfresco meals, a large table for lunch or dinner on the terrace, and an outdoor shower that turns into a small pool, perfect for refreshing after a day out.

Please take care of the facilities available to you. Damage could result in repair costs.
5. Compliance with local laws
In accordance with Moroccan law, it is forbidden to host in the house of Moroccan citizens accompanied without a marriage certificate. Any violation of this rule is punishable under the Moroccan Penal Code.
