With 3000 m2 of tranquility, this property offers a lovely single-storey house with beldi chic charm, a beautiful swimming pool with opaline green reflections and a majestic Eucalyptus, the great Caly, in the shade of which rest and relaxation are the key words. Everything is designed to make your stay a moment of happiness.
The space
THE BEDROOM
Charming suite (Bedroom 1) with its private shower room, separate toilet, fireplace and pretty terrace in the shade of the Eucalyptus, which includes:
- A king-size double bed
- Storage closets with wardrobe
- A private bathroom
- A separate toilet
- Reversible air conditioning / heating
- A large private terrace
- A direct and separate exit
With simple and authentic decoration, it offers all the comforts for a stay in privacy and allows you to enjoy the many advantages of the guest house. This room is non-smoking. No outside persons are allowed.
Great for couples, Dar Caly can also accommodate small groups of friends or families. With this suite, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (which you can find on two separate listings), Dar Caly offers a maximum capacity of 6 people (possibly 7 if children included). In this case, you have the option to rent all three bedrooms and occupy all the bedrooms in the property by yourself.
Carefully arranged, the house is spacious and fully air-conditioned. The living room has a large library and reading area, a living room and fireplace and a beautiful dining room where hosts and guests can share meals and moments of conviviality.
What also and above all makes the charm of Dar Caly is the multitude of outdoor places where you can enjoy the weather… In the armchairs of the shaded patio, under the Eucalyptus as old as it is majestic, among the rose bushes and olive trees that adorn the garden or even around the pool under our ecru-colored arbor, each space has its own particular appeal…
You can also enjoy the orchard of nearly 1000 m2, bathed in orange, lemon, pear, pomegranate and olive trees, feed the chickens and indulge in the pleasure of permaculture and the vegetable garden.
THE HOSTS
The hosts, Rachel, a long-time Swiss expatriate and Adam, Marrakchi at heart, are a couple of young enthusiasts, who will welcome you to their home, like at home and will reveal to you all the secrets of a Marrakech that you may not yet know... Rachel, passionate about the history of Morocco and Marrakech, has published a book on the famous district of Gueliz. She will be able to tell you about a different Marrakech and give you plenty of personalized advice for discovering the Red City, allowing you to spend a varied stay largely away from the large flows of visitors.
For nature and outdoor enthusiasts, you can also discover the region with Adam and learn more about Permaculture. He will be happy to take you to the Dar Caly vegetable garden and share his experience and advice on the subject.
MEALS
A Moroccan-flavored breakfast is offered with each night. We also offer half board or full board, with snacks, drinks, Moroccan or continental lunches and dinners on request. All our dishes are homemade and carefully prepared by Nora, our housekeeper, and Rachel, a passionate cook. A dry cleaning/laundry service is also available upon request. Contact us for details.

Guest access
The house is accessible 24 hours a day. Our guardian "angel" Ali, will ensure, just like us, your well-being and safety and will facilitate. Free covered parking is available inside the property. It will facilitate your entrances and exits at any time of day. With its large perimeter wall and independent entrance, Dar Caly is fully secure.
Access to the interior of the house: The bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas (living room and dining room) are at your disposal, with the exception of the kitchen and the private area of the hosts (private bedroom and terrace and laundry room)
The 3000 m2 outside the property are fully available.
Access to Dar Caly (about 20 minutes)
1. Shared taxi or bus from Bab Doukala bus station. The rate varies between 10 and 50 MAD/person.
2. Private taxi. On request. The rate varies between 100 and 150 MAD/person.
3. We can arrange transfers (SUV + driver) from Dar Caly to the city and back. On request. From 150 MAD/person.
