Option 1: Pre-arranged Pay Parking
Php 300 per night (22 hours) - We can arrange a parking slot for you. A copy of the driver's license and vehicle details (plate number, car model, color) is required to process a permit.
Option 2: Park at SM Novaliches
Php 330 (30 pesos + 300 pesos overnight parking fee)
Once booking is confirmed, we will require you to submit the Full Name & VALID ID of each guest for processing of Guest Authorization Form. Rest assured that your IDs will be used for this purpose only.
We need at least a day before your arrival to process and get approval from the condo Admin.
