A 20 sq m studio unit with a panoramic view of the city.

✔️A smart TV, Netflix and YouTube ready, Prime and WiFi..
✔️A dining nook set for two perfect for coffee mornings or intimate dinners.
✔️Large windows with sheer curtains (and blackout curtains layered) bring in natural light during the day.
✔️A kitchenette with microwave oven, sink, fridge, rice cooker, hot water kettle, coffee maker and essentials…
✔️Private bathroom with hot and cold shower, bidet, toilet paper, fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash
✔️Subtle, neutral-colored accents, full body mirror and my paintings add a warm, personal touch.

- Free use of Swimming pool for registered guests, opens daily from 6am- 10pm, library, and table tennis (the ball and racket/paddle are inside the cabinet) on the 3rd floor
- Viewing deck on the 26th floor
- 24 hr Convenience store, laundry shop, water refilling station, coffee bar, and co working space on the ground floor
