Villa Light of Apollon is set amidst tranquil,rugged countryside offering seclusion and privacy yet only one mile away from the town of Dalyan on the South coast of Turkey. As the İztuzu Beach is protected by national and international laws, all houses in the region are located away from the nature and loggerhead turtle hatching zone. A 15 minute drive will take you to the beach. The closest shopping location is 1 km away.

5 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms can sleep 2 people each. 3 bedrooms have double beds and 2 bedrooms have twin beds that can combine to become double.

Master bedroom has panoramic mountain view to the east. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi with the same stunning view.

The 50 square meter living room has an open plan kitchen with a high table for indoor dining, a fireplace and a large sofa that can seat 6 people. A full HD TV, satellite receiver and DVD player for entertainment. The living room has direct access to the pool and has a close view of the children’s pool. The beach end of the pool has a lower second pool for relaxing with a mountain view.


45 square meter large swimming pool that uses artesian water of the private land. The water is cleaned and chemical levels are maintained daily. The depth of the pool is 1.5m at its deepest. The children’s pool is 6 square meter and 50cm deep and has water jets to be used as an outdoor Jacuzzi.

Beyond the pool is the 30 square meter private sand beach facing the mountains. The sand is regularly cleaned to ensure your health and enjoyment.

Right next to the pool is shaded decking for your relaxation. The tent above the deck provides shade during hot sunny days. A total of 5 sun beds and chairs are available for your comfort.

Distance to the sea: 15 km / 15 minutes drive to İztuzu Beach. Boat ride from Dalyan to İztuzu beach takes 20 minutes.

Mud baths: From the city center, you can take boat taxi to mud baths. The trip will cost you a small fee and 15 minutes.

Downtown Dalyan: 2 km / 3 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk to Dalyan city center

Kaunos Ancient Town: 5 minute boat ride from city center will take you to the other side of the river. Kaunos ancient city is only 10 minutes drive away from the coast.

Dining & Nightlife: Downtown Dalyan offers various alternatives including local as well as continental cousines. You can also contact us for your in-villa dining requests. Dalyan bars and nightclubs will not match those of a big metropole, however one will always find entertainment in Dalyan until dawn.
Distance to Shopping Center: Within 1 km of the house, there is a small market that is open until 10:00pm. For further shopping experience, you need to go to city center.

Distance to hospital/emergency room: Ortaca State Hospital is 15 km away from the villa. There is a small medical center in Dalyan which is 2 km away from the villa. Ambulance service is available 24 hours.
