The space
You arrive in a heated two car garage from a level driveway. Radiant heat awaits as well as a wood-burning Delta 5 fireplace, which heats the entire house in minutes. The open floor plan includes cathedral ceilings, family entertainment and dining area, a state of the art chef's kitchen with walk in pantry and a first floor guest suite with attached bath. A sweeping staircase leads to the bamboo-floored second level, with a landing/sitting area off of the four upstairs rooms. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom with tub and shower. The hall bath has a steam enclosure. The large master suite has a generously sized bathroom, which includes a dry sauna; the hallway into the bedroom has two walk-in closets.

The basement has a finished sitting area, a full bathroom, a bedroom, and a laundry room. The house has a west and an east deck for sunny summer lounging in the morning and afternoon. The east deck adjacent to the kitchen/dining room double door has a propane-fired grill. The house is very comfortable and would be perfect for a luxury weekend getaway for a family or a group of friends!

The outdoor hot tub is next to the west side deck, with a view of the mountains.
