From Marilù, a unique house in the heart of the historic center of Mazara del Vallo. Perfectly located for exploring squares, churches, monuments and the Arab Kasbah district on foot. Walking distance to the Dancing Satyr Museum and the Cathedral Basilica. You'll find plenty of bars and restaurants around you. Also close to the beautiful Lungomare Mazzini. The space
The house has a main courtyard (common area) that allows access to the apartment via stairs. Inside, the house is divided into two floors.

On the ground floor you will find: large entrance followed by kitchen area with wooden table. You'll find all the essentials:
• plates, glasses, wine and beer glasses.
• set of pots and pans, various cooking utensils, various spices, etc...
• Bialetti Gioia espresso machine with capsules included
• 88-liter mini fridge (without freezer)

Connected to the kitchen is a half bathroom.

Next to the kitchen area you can enjoy a large living room with:
• 32" Samsung Smart TV, comfortable armchairs where you can relax and a 6-seat solid wood table that can also be used as a worktop or for business meetings.

The floor of the entire apartment is marble as well as the stairs.

The apartment is in a central and strategic location. Starting with the Museum of the Dancing Satyr, the Jesuit Palace and the Church of Sant'Ignazio, located in Piazza Plebiscito (below the house). Many other sites of artistic and cultural interest in the area including the Cathedral Basilica of Mazara, the Episcopal Seminary and the Garibaldi Theater, all within walking distance.

For a moment of relaxation, visit Villa Jolanda located near Piazza Mokarta, where the famous Norman Arch stands next to the Fountain called "Men who come from the sea", by the sculptor and artist Pietro Consagra from Mazara.

Going down the steps, you can access the "Lungomare Giuseppe Mazzini", an area with various bars, ice cream shops and restaurants-pizzerias.
