The home does have a camera security system in place. Cameras are only located on the outside of the house in the front and back yard.

No pets allowed in this home. Many guests have allergies or are allergic to animal dander and hair. Therefore we do not allow pets to protect all guests from an unpleasant stay.
The pool is not fenced and water safety is of utmost importance. A slogan here in Arizona is to "WATCH your KIDS around water" and I cannot stress that enough. The home does NOT have a heated Pool. Pool is cleaned weekly and prior to check-ins. Storms and wind do occur, I do ask to be informed in the event pool needs addressed. Please do not remove pool cleaner in pool, it can damage the pool pump and pool will not get cleaned as it runs nightly.
No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.
The home does not have cable TV and only has one smartTV in the living room. You can log into your accounts and watch TV through Netflix, Direct TV or other services you subscribe to.
Bathrooms are stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and many other traveler conveniences. In kitchen, 1 roll of paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent as well. Once provided supplies run out you will be responsible for providing your own. There are also pool towels provided in the hallway lien closet.
In the event the propane grill is low or empty please advise the host. There is a spare tank in the garage. If left dirty there is an additional cleaning fee of $30
If you would like to have early check in or late check out please let me know. There is an extra fee depending on length of time.
When booking a 20 night or more the cleaning fee is $300. You will be billed the difference from what the amount was on your reservation.
When booking the home for 30 nights or more you if utilities go over $400 you will be billed the difference.

I bought our first short term rental in Chandler because I fell in love with the backyard and open bright floor plan. The location is close to everything, right by Downtown Chandler and not far from Downtown Gilbert.
Our second property on South Padre Island we purchased as we loved the area after visting for a friends wedding. Who doesn't love the island way of life?
