This spacious property is the perfect base for relaxing and exploring the Isle of Skye.

The space
A luxury two bedroom house, Cuillrigh sleeps four guests comfortably and is equipped for your every need. Ideally located for resting or exploring.

Each room is furnished and finished to high standards. Floor to ceiling windows throughout the ground floor lounge and dining area offer you views across Loch Portree and to Ben Tianavaig. The lounge has a large Smart TV with streaming access, Sky TV and sports channels. The log burner will keep you cosy in the evenings whilst you enjoy the sunsets. Or step out onto the deck and enjoy some star gazing as the Isle of Skye offers some magnificent dark skies.

From the ground floor master bedroom you can take in the Cuillin mountain range from the jumbo floor to ceiling window. There is a large bathroom on the ground floor too, with walk in shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

Upstairs you will find a large twin bedroom with views across Loch Portree. Each bedroom has plenty of storage and seating. There is a second bathroom on this floor with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

A second lounge is also upstairs with sofa, a second Smart TV, books, games and a desk area which also offers views across the heather to the Cuillin mountains.

This spacious property allows you to be social if travelling with people or if you need time and space you can easily retreat to one of the view points and relax.

A utility room offers you space for storage, washing machine, dryer and an area to kick off your boots and coats. Enjoy the large wrap around private garden with its loch and mountain views, sit out and have a coffee or drink on the patio or look out for eagles soaring above and deer who visit in the morning.

Cuillrigh is a luxury, environmentally friendly property, built to passive house standards. It uses an efficient heat recovery system to make the most of heat gains and issue a constant supply of warm, fresh and clean air throughout the property.

Guests have access to the entire house and grounds including patio, driveway, large garden with grass, wild flowers, young trees and log shed.
