Other things to note
This apartment encourages Electricity Management. The apartment Is powered by The Electric Company and Solar Inverter Back up (Lithium Battery).

While on Solar Inverter Backup, electricity consumption will be reduced. AC usage in the apartment will be limited to the ONLY AC in the living room. There are cooling fans in the rooms when this occur and this is mainly to manage electricity consumption while on solar inverter.

The apartment is on Band A and Power cut off does not go for too long.

All other appliances work normally while on Solar inverter. The apartment has a diesel generator but this is only to pump water in the case of power cut off by the electric company.

The apartment sustains 24hrs electricity.
