Welcome to Crystal Bear Camp Permit No. 22-RES0248.
Where life becomes an experience. Crystal Bear Camp, near Red Feather Lakes, Co, is equipped just like your home. We provide many 5 Star amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. Crystal Bear Camp offers more than just lodging. The mountain is an experience. We NO LONGER accept pets. NO DOGS, NO CATS, NO ANIMALS.

The space
2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 1 Office space, 2 Queen beds, and 2 futons.

Guest access
You will get the entire cabin, and you are allowed to access the land that we own. Hike all the way down the hill to the stream. No access to garage, or under the house storage area. Laundromat is available at Crystal Lakes. Use of wood burning stove is not allowed per law.
Please note, we do have an external camera on the garage.

Other things to note
Please see House Manual on kitchen counter regarding wildlife and fire safety. Must adhere to all Crystal Lakes rules.
The main floor is essentially 2nd level, up the stairs. The second bedroom is up another set of stairs inside.
-If it’s winter, there will likely be snow. We will attempt to do the best we can for snow removal, but there are no guarantees regarding this. It’s important to understand that it’s Colorado. We will not use destructive chemicals or salt due to its corrosiveness and danger to animals. Stairs can sometimes be slick, so wear boots with good traction.
-We NO LONGER ALLOW PETS. No dogs, no cats or any other pets allowed. If you bring any animals, you will be charged a fine for the additional cleaning required of $500.
-Building a campfire or stove fire on our property is prohibited and illegal for short term rentals in Larimer County. Please go to Beaver Meadows Resort (walking distance) to participate in fire side activities.
-Water is scarce. We rely exclusively on the aquifer. Please conserve water. We may need to haul water to back up the well during your stay. There could be a surcharge for this.
-No smoking. You will be charged a fine if evidence of smoking is found. (ex. ashes, butts, burn spots, smell) No refunds for weather or not reading or abiding by House Rules.

The Red Feather Lakes/ Crystal Lakes area has been a part of my entire life. Many summers were spent fishing, exploring, and riding motorcycles. Prior to that, my grandfather, father and his brothers frequented the area as young men. Crystal Bear Camp has been a part of my family since 91. Come enjoy this amazing mountain. Crystal Bear Camp dt kom is so incredible!
