Private-entry guest suite in a charming 1858 farmhouse, set on 3 peaceful acres. 20 min to Catskill, 30 to Hudson, 45 to Woodstock. Original old-growth pine floors, pond, pavilion, & fire pit. Enjoy open space, fresh air, and stargazing. Easy access to beautiful hikes and world-class restaurants—we'll point you to the very best. Level 2 EV charger (NACS/Tesla plug). No kitchen, but a coffee bar and mini fridge stocked with basic breakfast items.

The space
This private guest suite occupies half of the ground floor of a historic Greek Revival farmhouse. Enter through your own dedicated entrance off the front porch into a rustic dining space, which opens into a comfortable sitting area. A washer and dryer are tucked discreetly into built-in cabinetry for your convenience.

The bedroom sits at the far end of the suite, offering a quiet, secluded retreat, while the bathroom is located just off the dining area.

The suite is fully private, with no shared indoor spaces. A few interior doors connecting to the rest of the house remain locked during your stay to ensure separation and privacy.
