📍 Close to Everything (But Still Peaceful)
One of the best parts of staying at Creeper Trail Oasis is the location. You get the quiet, laid-back out in the country feel without being far from anything.
We’re conveniently located near:
Damascus – A small mountain town with big outdoor energy. Known for its laid-back vibe and strong trail culture, Damascus is where adventure feels personal. It’s a hub for cyclists, hikers, and nature lovers, sitting at the crossroads of the famous Virginia Creeper Trail and the Appalachian Trail. Outfitters, local cafés, and scenic river views give it that authentic, outdoorsy charm you can’t manufacture.
Abingdon – Explore charming Main Street, local boutiques, coffee shops, and catch a show at the historic Barter Theatre. Great restaurants, breweries, and small-town charm only 15 minutes from the cabin.
Bristol – A quick drive to a lively downtown scene, local dining, live music, and attractions like Bristol Motor Speedway and Hard Rock Casino. Plus, you can literally stand in two states at once on State Street.
You’re close enough to explore it all — but far enough away to come back to peace and quiet at the end of the day.
That balance is what makes it an oasis.
