The space
This is a single unit (condominium) located in Bayanihan Flats Mactan 2, Lapu Lapu City.
Just 10-15 minutes away from Mactan International Airport by taxi or grab car/private car.

Things to note:
No elevator is available on the property and the unit is located on the 4th floor, building 3. This is not recommended for elderly people who have problems walking on the stairs.

Unit is not allowed for cooking. Only the available kitchen appliances are allowed for use.

Guest access
Once inside the unit, the guest can use all the available items that are suitable for their stay. Any additional requests will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis with additional fees per request as approved by the hosts.

The unit can accommodate up to 3 guests, but only 1 bed is available for 2 persons and the other guest will utilize the sofa bed (convertible sofa bed for sleeping).
