Welcome to Cream City Flat @ Union Square, a renovation of enduring 19th century buildings. Situated in downtown Manitowoc within walking distance of Lake Michigan, the Marina, the Riverfront, the Badger car ferry and many restaurants.

The space
A two story building located in the Eighth Street Historic District with shops below and owner occupied condos above. Gutted and renovated in 2021 the complex is called Union Square. The shops include Waves Yoga Studio, Manitowoc Coffee and the Venue.

The main living, dining and kitchen area is spacious and retains the original cream city brick walls. A wide gallery hall leads to a second gathering area with a large media wall, game table, work-study area and access to a private balcony.

Three bedrooms with Casper Hybrid mattresses, two bathrooms, and a dedicated laundry room round out the accommodations.

Furnishings, lighting and accessories are high end. The artwork is by the owner.
