The space
Welcome to this truly unique property! Situated on a 40-acre family-owned par 3 golf course surrounded by peaceful cornfields, this property offers a one-of-a-kind experience for guests seeking a tranquil retreat.

The house is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of great areas to relax and unwind. The fenced-in pool and pool house offer a private oasis for swimming and sunbathing, while the large screened-in porch provides a perfect spot for enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the stunning views of the golf course.

Inside, guests will find five bedrooms in total, with two relatively large bedrooms featuring king-sized beds on the lower level and three bedrooms upstairs. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have two twin beds each, while the third has three twin beds, providing plenty of sleeping space for larger groups. Air Mattress is available upon request.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests need to prepare meals, and it overlooks the golf course, making meal times even more enjoyable. There is also a bar area and den that are great for playing cards, watching a game, or simply having a drink and socializing.

It's worth noting that there is another house on the property where the current owner/golf course superintendent live. However, guests will still enjoy plenty of privacy and space during their stay.
