This adorable one bedroom suite offers a private patio, kitchenette and views of Red Rocks and Mingus Mountain.
This is a downstairs suite with 41 total steps to reach the private patio/entrance. A 55 inch, 4K tv in the living area and a 40 inch tv in the bedroom.

This is a shared lot.

The space
Cozy kitchenette with a pub style table and three bar stools. A propane grill is located outside on your private patio, along with a table and four chairs. Sit outside and enjoy the views of red rocks, and Mingus mountain.
Bedroom has a queen bed and we have two toddler size air mattresses available.
Enjoy the use of our three tier shared backyard, which has lovely lighting at night, beautiful trees and a jacuzzi. Our backyard has two areas with artificial grass.

This one bedroom kitchenette is a downstairs unit so the upstairs air b n b may be in use, so one should expect some noise from people walking and talking upstairs.

Other things to note
You will hear footsteps and noise coming from upstairs.
